Return & Refund Policy

At Justrue, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from what you ordered, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

A return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

The product must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In its original condition

• With all original tags and packaging intact

• Free from stains, damage, washing, perfume, or any signs of use

2. Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted in cases such as:

• Wrong product received

• Wrong size received

• Product received damaged or defective

• Product significantly different from the product ordered

For damaged or defective products, customers must provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging when submitting the return request.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags and packaging may not be eligible for return.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective product from our side, Justrue may arrange or reimburse the applicable return shipping cost.

For other return requests, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

5. Refund

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.

Shipping charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable.

6. Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product, the request must also be raised within 3 days of delivery and will be subject to product availability.

Justrue reserves the right to reject a return request if the product does not meet the return conditions mentioned above.

Return Window: 3 Days from Delivery
