Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Orbeach. We take great pride in the quality of our men’s shirts and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@justrue.in with your order details.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Shirts purchased on final sale or marked as “non-returnable”
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- A different size of the same style (subject to availability)
- A replacement if the item is defective or damaged
To request an exchange, email us at support@justrue.in with your order number and reason for exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider (processing may take additional time).
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@justrue.in.
Shipping for Returns
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
